Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! Our products are 100% handcrafted by the talented artisans of Pakistan. Each piece is a unique creation, and as such, slight variations in design and color may occur. These natural differences are part of the charm and beauty of handmade craftsmanship, and we take great pride in offering you something truly one-of-a-kind. If you need to exchange your item, we’re happy to assist. Please read our exchange policy below:

Exchanges

We accept exchanges within 3 days of receiving your order for unworn and unused items in their original condition. Please contact us to initiate the exchange.

Conditions for Exchange:

  • The item must be unworn/unused and in their original condition, including the original packaging.
  • Exchange requests must be submitted within 3 days of receiving your item.

How to Exchange Your Item:

  • Contact us at connect@dazzlebysarah.com within 3 days of receiving your order.
  • Provide your order number, the reason for the exchange, and details about the item you’d like to exchange for (size, color, etc.).
  • Return shipping: You are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the exchange is due to an error on our part (e.g., a defective item or incorrect size).
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll process your exchange and ship the new item to you as soon as possible.

Exchanges Due to Defects or Errors:

If your item is defective or if we made an error with your order, we will cover the return shipping costs and send you a replacement at no additional charge. Please send us a message immediately at 972-897-6400 with your order number and photos of the defect or mistake.

Please note: All items on sale are final sale and cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Dazzle by Sarah USA can refuse any exchange request that doesn't follow our policy as mentioned above.
